The congress fee includes:

• Access to all congress sessions and the exhibition
• Lunches and coffee breaks provided during the congress
• Access to the congress mobile app
• One-year membership in AMPERE

Early bird fee registration deadline April 30
Regular fee registration deadline May 31
Onsite fee from June 1

Registration fees
(All prices are stated in SEK and exclude VAT.)

Regular delegate:
• Early bird: 5.600 SEK
• Regular: 6.450 SEK
• Onsite: 7.200 SEK

Student/PhD student:
• Early bird: 2.800 SEK
• Regular: 3.250 SEK
• Onsite: 3.600 SEK

By registering, you automatically become a member of the Ampere Society.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and changes must be sent to MKON AB in writing to linda@mkon.se

Cancellation of registration and hotel booking
Cancellations made before March 20 - full refund will be made (except administration fee of 800 SEK)
Cancellations made before April 20 - 50% refund will be made of registration fee, no refund for hotel booking
Cancellations made after April 20 - no refund will be made

If you cannot attend, your registration and hotel booking can be transfered to another member of your organisation for a fee of 800 SEK. Please contact linda@mkon.se.


Payment
You can choose payment by invoice or secured credit card payment by STRIPE. MKON AB confirms all costs in accordance with Swedish tax legislation. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. Full payment shall be received before the conference start.

To receive the early bird fee you have to register before the deadline on April 30. If you chose to pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent closer to the conference to your email. You still pay the early bird fee if you register before April 30.

Any refunds will be made after the conference.

When stated incorrect invoice address a fee of 800 SEK will be charged for retransmission of invoice.

All of the information that we ask of you in this form is collected in order for us to facilitate the meeting, logistics, accommodation, payments etc. We will share relevant information with the sponsors, our partnering travel agency and hotel for the same reason. We do not distribute any information to any other third party, and our partners treats your information with the same security. By confirming our cancellation policy before you click the ”completion” buttom on the registration form, you agree that we store your contact details for the above purpose.
