The PANACEA meeting will take place at Teater Lärlingen, located in Hotel 11 (Maskingatan 11, Gothenburg).

Hotel accommodation at Quality Hotel 11 (June 26–28) must be paid by the participant. PANACEA users may apply for reimbursement through their respective workplace, in accordance with local procedures. Please indicate below the nights for which you require accommodation. PANACEA users should contact their respective PANACEA site to make travel arrangements.

If you choose to pay by invoice and your workplace requires a valid reference number or cost center, we kindly ask you to provide this information in the invoice details.

If you are unsure whether a reference number, cost center, or organisation number is required, please contact your administrative department or the responsible person at your workplace.

Please note that the GLN list and VAT number can be left blank unless you have been specifically instructed by your administration to provide this information.

All of the information that we ask of you in the registration form is collected in order for us to facilitate the meeting, logistics, accommodation, payments etc. We will share relevant information with the sponsors, our partnering travel agency and hotel for the same reason. We do not distribute any information to any other third party, and our partners treat your information with the same security.
