Abstract submission

Abstracts must be submitted through the conference website. Submission by any other means, such as mail or email, will not be accepted. Do not make multiple submissions of the same abstract. A confirmation with the abstract reference code will automatically be sent to the email address given when submitted. The confirmation will be sent from MKON. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
Instructions for the authors
1. Abstracts should be written in standard English.
2. Abstract- should be submitted as a pdf-file. (Times New Roman, Font 12, line spacing 1.5)
Max 120 characters in the title max 1800 characters in the text. Do not include references.
3. Select the two topics that best describe your abstract (1 = most relevant, 2 = second most relevant).

Oral presentation and Flash talk
Submitted abstracts can be considered for a 15-20 min oral presentation in one of the scientific sessions. Please indicate if you wish your abstract to be considered for an oral presentation in the abstract submission form. Notification of acceptance will be sent on April 15.
Oral presenters should NOT prepare or bring a poster.
Abstracts can be selected for a 1 minute flash talk by a PhD student or post doc. The poster will be highlighted during the poster sessions. Please indicate if you wish your abstract to be considered for a flash talk in the abstract submission form. Notification of acceptance will be sent on April 15.
