Payment
We offer two payment options: invoice or secure credit card payment via Stripe.
If you choose to pay by invoice and your workplace requires a valid reference number or cost center, we kindly ask you to provide this information in the invoice details.
If you are unsure whether a reference number, cost center, or organisation number is required, please contact your administrative department or the responsible person at your workplace.
Please note that the GLN list and VAT number can be left blank unless you have been specifically instructed by your administration to provide this information.

The invoice will be sent via email and will not be available on your personal page.
Please allow up to two weeks for invoice processing and delivery.
Privacy notice
All of the information that we ask of you in the registration form is collected in order for us to facilitate the meeting, logistics, accommodation, payments etc. We will share relevant information with the sponsors, our partnering travel agency and hotel for the same reason. We do not distribute any information to any other third party, and our partners treat your information with the same security.
